SHIPPING POLICYAll orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Shipping includes any FedEx, UPS, & USPS shipping but excludes any LTL freight delivery, lift gate service delivery, inside delivery, and white glove service.
Free shipping includes all 48 contiguous US states, but excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
Florida's residents pay sales tax 7%.
Standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous USA, the 48 connected states.
We cannot ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address for delivery. Please provide your phone number with your purchase. The freight company requires your phone number and we cannot ship without it.
No Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

The Product is in stock and available to be shipped once payment is received and cleared. This product ships directly from the manufacturer, so delivery time is faster.
OTHER CONDITIONS APPLY WITH REFURBISHED OR USED ITEMS. Usually there is a wait period of 14-21 days to get the items ready prior to shipping.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email there will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Free Shipping (USA) On the most product. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
